We are here to start kids on the road to fitness!
Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
NEW CLASS TIMES:
Ages 6 - 9 years old: 4 pm - 5 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Ages 10-14 years old: 5 pm - 6 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Current 6 Week Block: March 2 - April 8
