We offer small group classes led by a certified CrossFit coach who will motivate you to perform at your best. Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We strive to bring elite fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level. Beware, we are not a globo-gym! We have no ellipticals, no smoothie bar, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Just an intense workout designed daily to suit each individual's needs. It's not easy. You will leave each session feeling exhilarated and exhausted at the same time.

After reading the governor's guidelines for reopening (source), CrossFit Fountain Inn would ask that you help us institute the following until further notice:
-Self-isolation – if you or someone in your home/family are sick or experiencing symptoms, PLEASE stay home! We cannot stress the importance of this!
-Practice social distancing of at least six feet distance to the greatest extent possible.
-Wash hands frequently (20 seconds with soap and water or use of a sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol).
-Avoid touching of eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
-Consider wearing a cloth face covering when it is difficult to practice social distancing.
-Cover mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and throw used tissues away immediately after use.
-Clean all equipment after every use (rig, barbells, wallballs, dumbbells, ab mats, etc.). Spray bottles and paper towels are available in the front for this purpose.
-Avoid using others' equipment when possible.
-The CDC also discourages facility-owned towel use, so if possible, please bring your own.
-Staff will clean and disinfect equipment and gym areas frequently.
NEW OPERATING PROCEDURE:
-Sign up for classes!
This allows us to monitor the number of people in our building and it is easily done on our website, www.crossfitfountaininn.com.
To sign in:
Click 'Class Schedule,' and the list of classes for each day will appear. You will see the coach, the number of people already signed up, and a 'Drop In' or 'Sign In' option to the right. For members, it requires you to be signed in to your account to sign up for a class, so please log in as soon as possible to make sure your password works!
Please sign up for your intended class time at least an hour before the class begins.
At this time, we are not limiting class size due to the size of our facility; however, we will monitor the number of participants depending on the WOD.
