Lauren Stoddard

Lauren has been coaching at CrossFit Fountain Inn since January 2023. She is married to Andrew, and they have two daughters, Carlyn and Blakely.

Lauren's favorite part of coaching: "I love seeing athletes accomplish things they were not sure they could do. I also love to see the growth in athletes when they are consistent; hard work always pay off, and it's so much fun to watch!"
