Emily Loudermilk

Emily has been coaching CrossFit since 2022. She is also a PTA, a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist and has her Adaptive Crossfit and nutrition certification! She lives in Fountain Inn with her beloved pups and cats.

Emily's favorite part of coaching: "My favorite thing about coaching is seeing the athletes improve overall. I know it's hard to see your own improvements from one year to the next, but I can tell you as a coach - I have watched all of you improve in and out of the gym each year. Also, when an athlete works hard to get better at a certain skill and they finally master it or get the PR they have been training for. The looks on people's faces are my favorite and the realization that they can actually do it!"
